We provide numerous services to clients with HIV or AIDS.

Our individualized case management program provides education and services that connect consumers to medical and social services based on their needs in order to promote the well-being of the individual. Generally, this involves monthly face-to-face contact, which is necessary to access most support services.

We offer eligibility-based housing assistance programs that help clients with the payment of security deposits, rent or mortgage. We also help with emergency financial assistance for food, housing, utilities and medications.

In order to ensure clients can attend medical or social service appointments, AIDS Resource will reimburse clients for mileage, provide bus tickets or tokens to help with transportation or be driven by an agency staff member if they qualify for such assistance.

We provide payment for medical and dental services. We work with an optometrist to provide free eye health exams and free glasses.

AIDS Resource is now offering  our clients mental health counseling on-site.  Our counseling is free (no insurance required, no co-pay), offered at our office in a safe and comfortable space and provided by a licensed social worker who has special training and a deep understanding of the unique challenges our clients face.

We understand that nutrition plays a large role in health and we are committed to helping our clients access healthy foods.  Clients can select food at the free monthly food bank at both of our offices. Clients are invited to use our twice-monthly food pantry, where they can receive a wide selection of foods and, once a month, choose from a selection of personal hygiene items and cleaning supplies.  Clients who require Boost or Ensure nutritional supplements can have them delivered directly to their door.

To determine which services will be the most beneficial for you, see your case manager.
