We offer free condom delivery by mail to residents within our coverage area. This area includes Cameron, Centre, Clearfield, Clinton, Elk, Lycoming, McKean, Potter, Snyder, and Union Counties. If you reside in any of these counties, please continue to complete the form, and we will ensure the discrete delivery of condoms to your doorstep. Please note that condoms will not be mailed to anyone residing outside our service area.
